Cleaning

• This alpaca duvet system is dry-clean only and should not be machine washed.
• For small marks, gently spot clean using minimal water and a mild detergent.
• Avoid excessive moisture, as it may affect the natural structure and properties of the alpaca fibre.

Airing & Freshening

• We strongly recommend airing your duvet in the sun for 1–2 days periodically.
• Sunlight naturally refreshes the fibres, helping restore loft, eliminate odours, and maintain freshness.
• Lightly shake after airing to keep the filling evenly distributed.

Drying

• Do not tumble dry.
• Ensure the duvet is completely dry before reuse or storage.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area.
• Use a breathable cotton storage bag and avoid plastic to prevent moisture build-up.
• Do not compress for extended periods, as this can reduce loft and insulation.

Everyday Care

• Always use a duvet cover to protect the cotton outer.
• Rotate and fluff regularly to maintain even filling distribution.
• Adjust layers seasonally for optimal year-round comfort.
